At HogFurniture.co, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom or made-to-order furniture.
    • Clearance or final sale items.
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a return and cover all related shipping costs. A full refund, including shipping fees, will be issued.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: In case of a wrong item, we will facilitate a return and send the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Change of Mind or Personal Preference: If you change your mind or the item doesn't fit your space as expected, you may return the product, but shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% may also apply.

3. Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present it to you later, we will issue a refund directly to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a return, the cost of the original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an incorrect item sent.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
