I Installed a Cold Plunge Barrel in My Backyard — Here’s How It Transformed My Mornings

With claims of everything from mental clarity to muscle regeneration, cold plunging has become a wellness buzzword. Despite my initial skepticism, I made the bold decision to install a cold plunge barrel in my garden. What began as an experiment swiftly turned into an essential component of my everyday schedule. Here's how the experience changed the way I start my days and why I believe more people ought to think about it.

Cold-water immersion has become increasingly popular in recent years.
