Oak Furniture Land, the UK’s largest retailer of solid hardwood furniture, is delighted to announce the opening of its first showroom in Llandudno on Saturday 21st October 2017, and its seventh store in Wales.
Featuring a mezzanine floor, the 18,122 sq ft showroom is located at the Mostyn Champneys Retail Park, has created seven new jobs and forms part of the company’s on-going expansion plans.
The new Llandudno store features over 23 furniture ranges - including new ranges Shay, Canterbury and St Ives. The showroom also features a large range of sofas and armchairs with 100 per cent hardwood frames. All the seats have strong high-grade steel serpentine spring bases for support and durability.
Paul McKenna, regional manager at Oak Furniture Land, says: “Following on from the success of our stores in Cardiff, Haverford West, Merthyr Tyfil, Newport, Swansea and Wrexham we’re really excited to be opening our seventh Welsh store, and our first showroom in Llandudno.
The store plays a significant role in our expansion programme across the UK, where we now have over 85 showrooms. Our Welsh customers have been loyal to us and we are looking forward to extending our 100% solid hardwood furniture offering to customers in the area. We know when customers shop with us they return time and time again, and we are looking forward to serving our Llandudno customers for many years to come.”
The store is located at Unit A2, Mostyn Champneys Retail Park, Conway Rd, Llandudno, LL30 1HA.
Llandudno store opening times are Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 7pm and Sunday from 10.30am to 5.00pm.
