Yes, we do for Lagos and Ogun state customers only. For other states, we offer CASH BEFORE DELIVERY (CBD), due to our lack of physical presence in the states.

We offer manufacturer defect warranty for 3 months. After the warranty period, we encourage our customers to still reach out to us, should they have any defect aside normal wear and tear as a result of years of usage. The essence is also to advise them on how to salvage their product rather than buy new ones.

Our company policy says that orders over N200,000 have to be confirmed by paying a commitment deposit of 80% before delivery. This applies ONLY to Lagos and Ogun state customers.

For the rest of the country it is a 100% payment as we do not have a physical presence there.

NOTE: The N5,000 shipment charge for the rest of the country is a base shipping cost for packages weighing from 1 – 30kg.
