The best and worst platform ever, as it’s so hit and miss with grabbing items. I have got some of the best furniture from there that I’ve used forever. However, getting the items is another story. It’s a lot of messing around with messages to the seller and making sure it’s not already been sold, all the while finding a time or day you can actually go and pick it up.
All of that awkward back and forth is always worth it, it’s a great way to grab some pieces that are extremely cheap and sometimes even free. It’s also worth considering that they will likely need a lot of love, restoration and cleaning, and it can be sometimes extremely awkward picking up items if you don’t have a big enough space, but if you know a man with a van, you are sweet with that part.

You will be surprised at some smaller and unexpected retailers and their home/furniture selection. Whether it’s Next, Zara or a home store, they have so much to offer, from tiny furniture pieces to general home decor to bring character.
